To have a product serviced or repaired use the following procedure:

1. Contact Service with the following information

  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Serial Number of the product to be serviced
  • Description of the problem

Note: ALL information listed above is required for service

2. Service will respond with a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number)

3. Print the response Email from Service

4. Pack all product items and the printed Service email in a carrier approved package with the R.A.N. printed clearly on the outside

5. Deliver the packaged product to an authorized dealer for shipping to our service center

6. Service will notify the person given in the information when the package has been received by Email or phone

7. When servicing is complete the product will be shipped to the address given

8. Service will issue a notification by Email or phone that the product has been shipped
