Return Policy

If within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product(s) for a full refund.

To receive a refund use the following procedure:

1. Contact Orders with the following information

  • Full Name
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Serial Number(s) of the product(s) to be returned
  • Reason(s) for return

Note: ALL information listed above is required for a refund

2. Orders will respond with a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3. Print the response Email from Orders
4. Pack all product items and the printed Orders email in a carrier approved package with the R.M.A. clearly printed on the outside of the package
5. Ship the package to our service center. All shipping, handling, brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, or other non product related fees are the responsibility of the customer
6. Orders will notify the person given in the information when the package has been received by Email or phone
7. A authorized repair agent will determine if the returned product(s) are suitable for refund
8. Orders will issue a notification by Email or phone if the product(s) have been approved for refund
9. If approved the product(s) will be refunded back to the original purchaser for the amount specified above. If the refund has not been approved the product(s) will be shipped back to the shipping address given in the Orders email and the original purchaser will be charged for return shipping.

All non product related fees (e.g. transaction, duties, taxes, etc.) are not refundable.
