To have a product serviced or repaired use the following procedure:

1. Contact Service with the form below:

    This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google
    Privacy Policy and
    Terms of Service apply.

    2. Service will respond with a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number)

    3. Print the response Email from Service

    4. Pack all product items and the printed Service email in a carrier approved package with the R.A.N. printed clearly on the outside

    5. Deliver the packaged product to an authorized dealer for shipping to our service center

    6. Service will notify the person given in the information when the package has been received by Email

    7. When servicing is complete the product will be shipped to the address given

    8. Service will issue a notification by Email that the product has been shipped
